What Interim Industry Providers Say

“I am very pleased to see the launch of this initiative by Frontiers CPE. This kind of coaching and mentoring of senior-level Interim managers simply doesn’t happen at the moment. In my view it is crucial to the continuing development of Interim managers and a key step towards establishing a ‘kite mark’ of professionalism which clients should expect from all their Interim managers and Interim providers.”

I felt inspired as I left my second coaching session “with the possibility” of what might come next in my career. I am much more motivated in all aspect of my life. It has only been a couple of weeks since my coaching finished, but I have had a more positive approach to my assignment and managed to focus more of my time on activities that are going to make a measurable return in new sales. I have had greater confidence to pursue opportunities that I know will have a better return, rather than getting bogged down with the day-to-day tasks. I regularly question if I have brought value to the organization, and how I can focus on tasks that will have a greater return.

It gave me an opportunity, that I don’t often get, to see what I do and don’t do and how, through someone else’s eyes. It was especially useful as that “someone else” understood the nature of my work, relationships and so on, and so her observations were very pertinent and time wasn’t wasted in us trying to find common ground or language. I really enjoyed having someone who was there to listen to me – you don’t get a lot of this in any circumstances, but as an interim probably even less frequently, as you tend not to develop the longer term relationships that are often needed to get beyond the superficial.

"Had to let you know that I had a very good client meeting in Oxford. I put to them my exit strategy and explained about an implementation plan and ROI. They were very excited - actually said they had more money for more days ! Also they have recommended me to the hospital L and D team to set up a leadership programme ! Thank you so much for your help !"
