Wendy Williams started Frontiers in 1994 following a career as HR Director within industry. She has worked across many sectors as a Change Consultant, as an Interim Executive HR and Change Director. She was highly sought after due to her specialism in handling large scale organisational change

After working across industry nationally and internationally, (France, Germany, USA) as well as UK Central Government Departments, she later became a Post Graduate Qualified Executive Coach.  She is also a Non Executive Director in the NHS.  

All of this comprehensive experience has been used to develop the unique Frontiers approach to getting business results.
