Wendy Williams started Frontiers Consultancy in 1994 following a career as HR Director within industry. She has worked across many sectors as an Interim HR Director and Change Director, both nationally and internationally, with a speciality in large scale organisational change.
She has worked as a Senior Interim Executive and Post Graduate Qualified Executive Coach. She has used all of the comprehensive experience above to develop Frontiers CPE’s unique proposition.
